Conferencing with the BBS

Dueling Modems' BBS features dozens of Forums hosting hundreds of moderated Discussion Groups, offering a rich tapestry of online conversation about your interests. As a Dueling Modems member, you can access the BBS two ways: Just passing through? You can test drive the BBS by signing up for a free 30-day trial membership.

The Gateway to the BBS

Dueling Modems members can now join Discussion Groups using our custom conversation-oriented Gateway interface. The Gateway displays BBS Discussion Group messages via your web browser in a linear, non-threaded fashion, with all new messages in a conversation displayed on one continuous page.

VISIT THE GATEWAY. PLEASE HAVE YOUR USERID AND PASSWORD READY.

Newsreaders

You can also access our Discussion Groups using any Internet newsreader that supports user authentication (including FreeAgent, Newswatcher, Netscape News and Microsoft Internet News).

Point your newsreader at news.dm.net. For Netscape News only, use this special port: news://news.dm.net:120.
